Weathering of materials such as anodized aluminium, architectural bronze and pre-finished surfaces typically present property managers or owners with refinishing problems or a choice to replace.

HPC - ES Liquid Glass Cote

Our Transparent glass coating is based on the principle of heat refelection. By applying a single layer (extremely thin and completely transparent) to a window, this coating does not allow heat to transfer in or out making it optimal for both cold and hot climates. The HPC-ES Liquid glass coating is simply applied to the interior surface of any window and the effects are felt immediately.

    HPC - ES Paint

    The acrylic water based exterior coating is simply sprayed or rolled onto the exterior walls and rooftop of a building. Once applied, the metallic spherical particles in the paint's molecular structure reflect all heat away from the building, keeping interior temperatures ambient by not allowing exterior heat in.

    The acrylic water based interior coating is applied using the same methods. This product also contains metallic spherical particles that block heat transfer within the interior walls not allowing heat to escape, thus keeping interior temperatures ambient, especially in cold climates.

    Versatile
    • HPC's water-based acrylic stucco coatings can be field-applied directly to block, brick, flat metal panels and corrugated siding - as well as existing stucco. A stucco finish that is uniform in colour and texture.
    • Existing walls can be sheathed with our Magne-Board*, prior to receiving the stucco finish - giving your building exterior the up-dated, modern beauty of stucco!
    • Our coating can be factory-applied to composite wall panels and other external wall systems for field installation in new and renovation projects.
    • Available in a wide range of textures from fine to heavy stucco, HPC stucco coatings can be made to match your colour specifications - any colour, not just pastels! Even metallic and pearl finish top coats are available. Multiple colours can be applied side-by-side.
    Durable
    • HPC stucco coatings are tough enough to resist bumps, knocks, and scrapes - ideal for those high traffic areas, susceptible to damage.
    • Where stains and/or graffiti is a concern, our anti-graffiti and/or Wash-Cote, used as a top coat, will produce a stucco that is easily cleaned.
    • Our colours are infused throughout the entire coating and texture - not just sitting on the surface - and therefore carry a warranty against fading for up to 10 years.
    Magne-Board*:

    A unique and versatile construction board, naturally superior to other materials based on gypsum, wood or cement. It is not adversely affected by salt, chlorine bleach or ammonia - a common problem for other construction materials - and is not damaged by wetting and drying or freezing and thawing.

    Chemically stable, Magne-Board is non-toxic and non-hazardous, does not attract mould or mildew and is resistant to termites, rodents and other organisms.

    Stucco coatings can be applied directly to Magne-Board - a perfect cladding solution.
